Dock section:

Window title bar double-click action: No Action
This System setting must be set to No Action. If WindowMizer is not working properly, please confirm that this setting is properly configured.

If this setting is not properly configured, the System will respond to a double-click in the title bar and Minimize or Zoom the window before WindowMizer gets a chance to respond and create a placeholder window.

For best performance, these settings are recommended.
